Today is the last day to stop in to the Fitness Facility and try to beat your personal best or even attempt a WWC Record!

 

THE FITNESS CHALLENGE SCORES TO BEAT ARE...

-Wall Sit Hold = 6:37

-Front Plank Hold = 6:15

-CN Tower Stair Climb = 2:13

-2 Min Row = 640 meters

-Continuous Skips = 884 skips

-1 Mile Run = 8:07

-Push UPs = 75 reps

-2 Min Bike = 1.1 miles

-Chin Ups = 24

-2 Min Jacobs Ladder = 250 feet

-VMX Rope Climb = 451 feet

 

CONQUERING MOUNT EVEREST!

 

One of our amazing, determined members has completed all 29,000 feet of Mount Everest on the Jacobs Ladder!  Stayed tuned to find out who completed this feat and in how many days to join very exclusive company.  This year's successful member is only the 5th WWC member in history to complete this intimidating challenge in one month!

Help fellow members when you book your court
Please book your court immediately following or proceeding another booked slot or leave a 60 minute gap. By doing this we maximize court efficiency and on busy days, it allows 4-6 hours of extra court time. That's up to 24 extra members who have a chance to play tennis!
