Towels in locker rooms are for shower and pool use only, please do not remove them from the respective locker rooms.

Please ensure that you are utilizing the hand sanitizer provided around the facility.

When using the Fitness area please take your sanitizer and towel with you to clean off all equipment prior and after usage.

PLEASE DO NOT DROP IN TO USE THE CLUB.  It doesn’t matter how busy we are we need you to register to use an area!  Please comply to make our Club as safe as possible.Stay healthy and if you have any questions about our procedures, please do not hesitate to contact the department head for that area, or our General Manager Rob Guthrie.
 

On the face of things so much has changed, but at the heart we remain the same. Urban Prairie Cuisine is available for catering events both inside and outside the club. Social distancing means thing have changed on the outside, but on the inside we can still see our friends and enjoy good times together, maybe with a mask! The ice café has a bit of a different look on the outside, but on the inside remains the family favourite meals and a few new bonus treats!

BABYSITTING

We know that childcare can be expensive! At the WWC, you can bring your child to our babysitting centre knowing you are getting not only a great rate but also exceptional care that feels like a second home.
We are currently screening all children who are arriving for care and ensuring our babysitting centre is sanitized between each booking slot. Time slots available are 9:00 am - 11:00 am or 11:30 am - 1:30 pm. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before visiting. If you are visiting often, you can even take advantage of our monthly passes that offers unlimited babysitting for one flat fee! Passes are $60 per month, per child.

There are three types of member skating times available. Be sure you know the rules for each type of session and contact the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to book in your visit. You must book in advance and can do this with the front desk. You can book up to two days before your desired skate time. Our schedule is also posted online for you to view available times. Make sure you know all the appropriate protocol from our Covid-19 member manual and have signed your member declaration before your first visit.

GENERAL SKATING

General skate times are set aside for the enjoyment of members. There are no sticks or pucks allowed on the ice at these times and children under the age of 7 must be supervised by an adult. Please check the skating schedule for general skate times.

GENERAL HOCKEY

General hockey times are set aside for the enjoyment of members. Sticks and pucks are allowed on the ice during these times, skaters are required to wear a helmet and children under the age of 7 must be supervised by an adult. Pick up hockey is not allowed during general hockey. This ice is not meant to run a practice session with multiple people. No pylons or other equipment is permitted. If you are looking to run a skills practice session, you can rent ice privately. Please check the skating schedule for general hockey and skate times.

OPEN ICE

Open ice is shared between all members whether you are just coming for a skate or also bringing your stick and puck.
