MO-VEMBER TO RAISE AWARENESS FOR MEN'S PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH
Staying active is so important and it's more than just about building those muscles. The saying "healthy body healthy mind" has been found to be very true as the two are linked. As much as getting into the gym and staying active is key, don't hesitate to open the dialogue about anything you may be dealing with. Starting the conversation with family or friends could save a life and you may never know it.
NEW CARDIO EQUIPMENT COMING SOON
Watch the weekly newsletter for an upcoming announcement on some new cardio fitness equipment that we will be adding to the Fitness Facility.

Construction has begun in our West Parking lot (staff parking lot) to the new Pattison electronic billboard. The City of Winnipeg Urban Planning Division requested that Pattison add an ornamental fence and vegetation along the entire Donald Street side of the property to increase the aesthetic qualities of the Winnipeg Winter Club parking lot and streetscape (photo attached). Pattison’s goal is to have the billboard operational by mid-December.
Monday, November 11th the Club will be open 1:00 – 9:00 pm
