It’s summer hockey time which means we have changed our days and times for Member Hockey. Come out to play 8:00-9:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout July and August.

We are nearing the end of week 2 and the Club has been busy with the hustle and bustle of all the kids. We have 7 more weeks of camp to go and we are very excited to share of with YOU! This camp is perfect for kids age 5-11 years old and includes lunch and two snacks. If you have questions about camp or wish to register please visit our website, email Jessica Barsky or contact the front desk.

Wrap up your day on Mondays and Wednesdays each week with our 6:00 pm workouts. Come join Aimee on Mondays for our TRX Bootcamp and Vince each Wednesday for our Circuit Circus. Both workouts are designed to help you get fitter and stronger with a mix of cardio and weight training for all levels.
