We are having a very busy July related to interest in personal training here at The Club. The Summer time is the perfect time for many to start working with one of our many personal trainers to stay healthy, get healthy or work extra hard to reach your goals. Kick off you day on Wednesday and Friday mornings with our early morning fitness class options. Join Trainer Will for our Strength and Conditioning class at 6:15am on Wednesdays and our Bootcamp Blitz at 6:30am on Fridays. Registration prior to attending the Wednesday morning class requested and Fridays operate on a drop in basis.

We are nearing the end of week 3 of our summer camps with 6 more weeks of fun planned! This camp is perfect for kids age 5-11 years old and includes lunch and two snacks.

Your kids are kept busy with a variety of activities like tennis, badminton, swimming, science, art, theatre, yoga, fitness, gym games and more!

Members can take advantage of any open ice on the schedule. Whenever the ice is unrented, head out for a leisurely skate.

Open ice can be used for both General Skating and General Hockey. This time is not meant for practice drills. Pylons and other equipment used in drills are not allowed on the ice.

It’s hot outside, come cool down with us in the RBC Wealth Management Dominion Securities Arena.



It’s summer hockey time which means we have changed our days and times for Member Hockey. Come out to play 8:00-9:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout July and August.

Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 10:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Please respect the opening and closing times.
