A) BOOKING A COURT
Players names on booking site must reflect who is actually on the court. Adjust names with the Front Desk before playing.
Try not to book and leave a 30 minute slot vacant before or after the slot you book. Try and butt up with another booking slot to maximize booking opportunities for all members. Often in a 2 hour block, a singles match (1 hour) will be booked right in the middle. Please avoid this as much as possible.
B) CANCELLING A COURT
Sometimes members book and do not cancel. This is frustrating for members that would have liked to book. If you can't use the court- CANCEL IT!
If you have to cancel, please try and respect the minimum 3 hour rule so other members have a chance to book and use your vacated court.
C) LEAVING YOUR COURT AFTER A HIT
Gather up all your balls and place them in the ball hoppers.
Clean up your mess of ball thins, sharp lids, used grips, etc. There are garbage cans on each court.
If you brought out a water glass from the locker room- return it! You are probably heading back there anyway!
The Tennis department and your fellow members appreciate your attention on these points.
