WWC COVID-19 BULLETIN #19

Dear Valued WWC Members,

Today the Government of Manitoba has unveiled a Draft Phase 2 plan that supports the opening of Public/Private Swimming Pools, Spas, Fitness Clubs, Gyms and Training Facilities, of course this includes the Winnipeg Winter Club.  They have also introduced in the draft that day-camps can now allow up to 24 children and team sports can return with strict safety procedures and protocols.

You can view the draft document here

While this is very exciting news for our community at the Club, we want to remind you that this is just a DRAFT document that has been released by the Government of Manitoba.  We have not been given any guidelines or timelines on how we will do this.  It allows us to be more prepared to open in the near future.

Please prepare yourself for communication in the coming days & weeks from us that will include screening procedures, limitations and guidelines on how you will be able to utilize our Club in a safe and appropriate manner.  It is very important to us that you are prepared and know what to expect when you can return to the Club again.

We look forward to seeing you soon and sharing our Club again in a safe way.

Until then, be safe and stay tuned.

Stay healthy.
Your WWC Management Team and Board of Directors

WWC COVID-19 BULLETIN # 17

Dear Valued WWC Members,

We hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing Mother’s Day!

Thank you for your patronage to Urban Prairie Cuisine this weekend.  As a small business, they are faced with many economic challenges in the face of this pandemic but are doing a great job at adjusting their focus and maintaining their dedication to our WWC members.
Great Job Chef Dan, Danielle and Elsie!

For those of you who took advantage of their take home Mother’s Day meal this weekend, we know you enjoyed a great meal.

Be sure to follow Urban Prairie Cuisine on Instagram and Facebook as they post regularly where they will have their ‘food trailer’ set up for lunch!  A great meal for a great deal!

For those of you who ventured onto a golf course this week, just a reminder to heed the rules of the Club you are visiting.  Your commitment to these procedures will directly affect the financial outcome of the business.  Stay safe out there!

Stay healthy.
