Our Active Living for Older Adults Class is back in full swing starting this Thursday, September 21st at 10:45 a.m. in the Fitness Studio.  Please contact the Front Desk to Register.

This week is our first full week back on Monday to Friday programming and over our first few days so far attendance in most programs has been incredible!  

Come join us this Thursday, September 7th at 6:00 p.m.in the Fitness Studio, as we introduce our new TA-BO class. TA-BO is the perfect fusion of Tabatta H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) and boxing and striking. A class that is great for any level with a wide variety of variations to fit where you are at now and to adapt as you progress. All equipment needed will initially be provided by the Club.

This week will be our last week of Summer Fitness Fun, with Friday, September 1st being the last day of our summer programming.

We will be running our Summer programs this week and next, up until September 1st!
