TIPSY YOGA FILLING UP FAST!

With the help of our Yogi Meagan Wilson we will be running our first Tipsy yoga on Thursday, Jan 24th. $25 gets you 2 drinks, and a light, fun, flowing yoga class. This is open to all to all experience levels and first time Yoga participants. Please sign up through our Front Desk.

Come join Trainer Richard Burr for this new class running Mondays at 6:15am and starting January 21st. This class is designed to provide members with a progressive yet intense physical experience, an experience you will look forward to each week. The class will run over 8 weeks with no class on February 18th at a cost of $200 for the Winter session. It is almost that time of year again for our annual Fitness Challenge! Watch for more details in next week's newsletter on all the fun challenges that await all our members this year starting February 1st.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM RICHARD BURR AND THE MONDAY MORNING WAKE UP

Members can expect no 2 sessions will be the same, with the class covering all aspects of strength and conditioning, mobility and flexibility in all planes of movement to prepare you for the physicality's of sport and life with sessions evolving as the class adapts. Our “360 Relief” programming is designed to help our members in a variety of ways with the main focus points being on Meditation, Breathwork, Pain Management and Yoga Therapy. Come try our Complimentary Restorative Movement and Meditation Class each Thursday at 6:30am

NEW ON-DEMAND STUDIO SPIN NOW AVAILABLE!

With all the other fun new changes around the Fitness Department we our now offering something more for our cycling / spin fans. Stop by the Front Desk to sign out our new "Studio Spin Package" with full directions of how to use our Studio screen for guided Spin Classes anytime the Studio is not in use with a class. LAST DAY OF FALL CLASSES

Our final day of Fall Fitness classes will take place on Friday, December 21st, before we go into our annual holiday break from regular fitness classes.

WINTER 2019 PROGRAMMING START JANUARY 7TH
