Next week for member's appreciation week we will be offering a few different time slots to our members totally free of charge to try out our newest class offered here at the WWC.  Read on to get more information on our 360 Relief class.

360 Relief: MEDITATION, BREATHWORK, AND YOGA THERAPY 

"Busy, stressed, tense? Find ease by using breath to put your body and mind into relaxation. Breathwork will bring you to a natural state of rest that allows suppressed tension to leave your entire system.  No meditation experience required."​

CLASS OFFERED THREE TIMES NEXT WEEK

We will be offering our 360 Relief class three times next week, on Thursday at 6:15am and 4:45pm, as well as on Friday at 10:45am.  Each class is limited to a max of 3 participants so sign up early with Fitness Director, Jeff Mitchell to ensure your spot for this relaxing and therapeutic new class.

We are pleased to be offering a second Forever 21: Active Living for Older Adults class each week now at the WWC.  ​This class will be offered weekly on Mondays at 11:15am in the Fitness Studios.  Please be sure to register with the Front Desk by the end of the day prior if you are planning to attend.

Offered every Tuesday at 7:15pm, this class is a great opportunity to unwind and stretch out your body after
a long day. Designed with all levels of yoga participants in mind this class is a great place to get started and progress with yoga.

NEW 30 / 30 YOGA & MOBILITY – BUILD A FLEXIBLE, STRONG AND HEALTHY BODY!

Offered every Tuesdays at 6:30-7:30 am it's time to give your stretching routine a make-over!
If you’re passionate and curious about creating a resilient body that can support all the activities you love
to do life long – this class is for you! This class will include 30 minutes of flow
yoga and 30 minutes of flexibility and mobility training.

SECOND 30 / 30 YOGA & MOBILITY CLASS STARTING SOON!

We will be offering a second weekly class with Meagan Wilson starting Saturday October 13th.
As a reminder the 30 / 30 class is a paid class and does require registration prior to attending.

We offer a wide variety of different styles of trainers with different background and availability to best suit your needs and wants in a trainer. Please contact Fitness Director, Jeff Mitchell to discuss all options to find the right trainer who is right for you.

FOREVER 21: ACTIVE LIVING FOR OLDER ADULTS IS BACK!

We had our first Thursday 10:45am class last week and it was a packed house with many regulars and a few new faces enjoying the class. Please remember to contact our Front Desk by the end of the day prior when you plan to attend.

If you are looking to participate in any of our paid fitness programming we ask that you be sure to register prior to attending your first class.

Based on member demand, we are thrilled to be starting our Active Living for Older Adults programming a bit earlier than usual this year. Our First class will be taking place this Thursday at 10:45am in the Fitness Studio.
