TIME TO GO TO TA-BO
TA-BO? What is that all about? The group that made it out for our first class last Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in our Fitness Studio know what TA-BO is all about. A great workout that combine Tabatta style interval training and boxing / striking drills to get your heart and lungs working. This class presents an incredible full body workout and can be adapted based on your level, all levels welcome.
