MO-VEMBER QUICKLY APPROACHING

Yes, yes, yes!  It is that time of year again to lather up, shave and then let that MO or MOustache grow to it's fullest to raise awareness for issues related to men's health. More details to be presented in the coming weeks.

NOVEMBER FITNESS CHALLENGE

We will be bringing in different challenges each month over the next few months as we gear up for our annual WWC February Fitness Challenge. For November, we will be introducing the 2000 meter timed rowing challenge. Check out next week's newsletter for further details ahead of the November 1st start date.

CLASS SIZES, REGISTRATION, AND CANCELLATION REMINDERS

To help keep our members feeling safe and comfortable, complimentary class sizes will be subject to change without notice going forward. We also want to remind everyone that you can sign up for the fitness classes up to 7 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel your booking,  please do so at least 2 hours prior to class starting as a courtesy to other members who may be on the wait list.
