Continue to watch the weekly newsletters for our new challenges that we will be adding throughout the month of February. Once posted, these new challenges can be taken on from that point forward until the end of the month.
FEBRUARY FITNESS CHALLENGE 2020 - INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGES
The individual challenges will be posted on February 1st on the wall in the Gym at the bottom of the ramp next to our “Slam Wall.” These will all “challenge” you in different ways, focusing on different muscle groups, some of them focused more on strength and muscle endurance and some more on cardio.
WWC MEMBER ALEX LONG IS TAKING ON MOUNT EVEREST....TWICE!
After completing our Jacobs Ladder Mount Everest challenge in one day last year, the first and only time this has ever been done at the WWC, member Alex Long has stepped things up a bit this year!
DID YOU SAY TWICE!?
Yes, yes I did! Alex Long will be attempting to climb the distance in feet of Mount Everest 2 times in 2 days.
