We are now offering a wide variety of new classes throughout the week for all our members, with more classes offered for our early birds who enjoy getting their workouts in early each day.
YOUR MONDAY MORNING WAKE UP WORKOUT!
Come join Trainer Richard Burr for this new class running Mondays at 6:15am and starting January 21st. This class is designed to provide members with a progressive yet intense physical experience, an experience you will look forward to each week. The class will run over 8 weeks with no class on February 18th at a cost of $200 for the Winter session.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM RICHARD BURR AND THE MONDAY MORNING WAKE UP
Members can expect no 2 sessions will be the same, with the class covering all aspects of strength and conditioning, mobility and flexibility in all planes of movement to prepare you for the physicality's of sport and life with sessions evolving as the class adapts. Stop by the Front Desk to sign out our new "Studio Spin Package" with full directions of how to use our Studio screen for guided Spin Classes anytime the Studio is not in use with a class.
