It is still early in the month and many a "MO" are starting to pop up around the club. I don't personally raise money during this month but want to raise awareness on issues of mental and physical health.

Sometimes all it takes is asking the right questions to a friend or family member or you yourself starting the conversation if you are not feeling yourself in whatever way that tells you that you may not be feeling 100% mentally or physically.
MOBILITY AND YOGA CLASS EVERY SATURDAY!
Make it a priority to register with Meagan and come out to experience this new class here at the WWC every Saturday at 11:15am. This class will include 30 minutes of flow yoga and 30 minutes of flexibility and mobility training using the latest stretching science, to help you gain more freedom in your body.
