We are having a very busy July related to interest in personal training here at The Club. The Summer time is the perfect time for many to start working with one of our many personal trainers to stay healthy, get healthy or work extra hard to reach your goals. RISING WITH THE SUN

Kick off you day on Wednesday and Friday mornings with our early morning fitness class options. Join Trainer Will for our Strength and Conditioning class at 6:15am on Wednesdays and our Bootcamp Blitz at 6:30am on Fridays. Registration prior to attending the Wednesday morning class requested and Fridays operate on a drop in basis.

Wrap up your day on Mondays and Wednesdays each week with our 6:00 pm workouts. Come join Aimee on Mondays for our TRX Bootcamp and Vince each Wednesday for our Circuit Circus. Both workouts are designed to help you get fitter and stronger with a mix of cardio and weight training for all levels.

Start your day off with a bang at 6:15am on Wednesdays and 6:30 am on Fridays with Trainer Will. Each class offers a different style of workout combining cardio, strength training and mobility. For more information please contact Fitness Director, Jeff Mitchell.

SUMMER FITNESS PROGRAMMING

With lots of new members joining recently at the WWC, you will see more fitness programming running in the Gym throughout the day than past Summers.

PERSONAL TRAINING FOR OFF SEASON OR BEACH SEASON

With Canada Day now in our rear view mirror, we are now officially in Summer time mode! The Summer can be the perfect time to work with a personal trainer at the WWC for any off-season training or to get the body in peak condition for Summer activities or just for Beach. With lots of Trainers and styles to choose from with varying availability, we have someone for everyone.

 

With our spring session wrapping up this Friday, we would like to take a moment to thank all our members for their continued support of all our fitness programming and trainers at the WWC. For those of you away for some time this summer, have a safe, fun and active summer from all of us in the fitness department.

SUMMER FITNESS PROGRAMMING SET TO BEGIN!

Our Summer Fitness programming will run this year from Tuesday, July 2nd until Friday, August 30th . Please check out the summer program guide online or at the front desk.

EARLY MORNING SUMMER CLASS OPTIONS

Class will be offered in the early morning on Wednesdays and Fridays with our Strength and Conditioning class at 6:15am on Wednesdays and our Bootcamp Blitz at 6:30am on Fridays.

SUMMER MID MORNING FITNESS CLASSES

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am we will be offering two great mid-morning classes. Studio Spin and Stamina & Stretch class each Tuesday as well as our exciting Summer Fitness Frenzy class each Thursday.

SUMMER EVENING FITNESS CLASSES

Stop by the WWC each Monday and Wednesday at 6:00pm this summer for our great evening classes!

Monday: TRX Bootcamp
Wednesday:Circuit Circus

Our Active Living for Older Adults class has now wrapped up for the Spring session and will be returning in the Fall.

All classes currently running at the WWC will continue on until the end of June.
