Our first Tipsy Yoga event of the fall is set to take place next Tuesday, October 22nd with our amazing Yogi, Meagan Wilson. The event costs $20, which includes a drink and an hourlong Yoga class, starting at 7:30 pm. Please register with the Front Desk by the end of the day Friday, October 22nd.

FRIDAY NIGHTS AND SATURDAY MORNINGS START THIS WEEK

Our 5:00 pm Spin and Sculpt starts this Friday evening with our high energy Studio Fitness Frenzy starting on Saturday at 10:00 am followed by our relaxing and rejuvenating 30/30 Yoga & Mobility class at 11:15 am. NEW ACTIVE LIVING FOR OLDER ADULTS CLASS EACH MONDAY

We are happy to be adding a second weekly Forever 21 class. Come join us on Mondays at 10:45 am in the Fitness Studio. This class is structured for our members in the fifty plus age category.

As a friendly reminder, we will not be running any of our normally scheduled fitness programming next Monday due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

NEW FITNESS EQUIPMENT COMING SOON

You may have noticed a few new bands, skipping ropes, balance pads, etc around the gym in the last week or so, but there is more on the way with announcements coming soon.

THERAPEUTIC CHAIR YOGA HAS RETURNED

Our Wednesday 11:00am Therapeutic Chair Yoga class is back for Fall 2019! Running each Wednesday, this fun class led by instructor Antia Winter is great for all levels and incorporates the use of chairs and props to make certain poses and positions adaptable for everyone. 

NO FITNESS CLASSES ON THANKSGIVING

Did you know that we offer a wide variety of yoga classes throughout the week? Vinyasa Flow Yoga runs on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm and Thursdays at 9:30 am and is totally complimentary for our members. Please read on to see all our amazing yoga classes and when they are offered. 

FLOW YOGA CLASS HAS BEGUN

Do you ever feel that your flexibility gains are short lived? Would you like to feel stronger in your yoga practice and in your life? THERAPEUTIC CHAIR YOGA RETURNS NEXT WEEK!

This gentle therapeutic yoga class helps adapt yoga poses and postures with the aid of a chair and props. THAI YOGA STRETCH RETURNING MID OCTOBER

This 90 minute class is a Thai yoga inspired bodywork session where you will passively receive the benefits of yoga. Instructor Meagan Wilson will guide you through a slow, deeply relaxing practice of restorative yoga while you receive grounding hands-on adjustments.  Starting October 18th from 12:30 - 2:00 pm and running each Friday until Christmas, this class is unlike any other class offered here. BEGINNER YOGA

New to Yoga? If so, this class will provide an in-depth look at the foundation to yoga postures that you will see in many yoga classes. For those with little or no yoga experience, this is an excellent way to learn yoga.  Running from 10:45 am - 12:00 pm on Fridays, this could be a great option for those new to Yoga. 30/30 YOGA AND MOBILITY CLASS RETURNS AFTER THANKSGIVING

Give your stretching routine a make-over! If you’re passionate and curious about creating a resilient body that can support all the activities you love to do life long – this class is for you! The class includes 30 minutes of flow yoga and 30 minutes of flexibility and mobility training.  Starting October 19th and running for the remainder of the fall session on Saturdays from 11:15 am - 12:15 pm. ZUMBA!

Feedback we have received has been great so far from members who have participated in our newest fitness program, Zumba! Zumba runs each week on Thursday at 6:00 pm, come on out and see what all the buzz is about.

PROGRAMMING FOR OUR EARLY RISERS

We offer a wide variety of different programs at 6:15/6:30 am every day of the week except Tuesday, with complimentary programs for all members on Thursday and Friday mornings at 6:30 am.

GET THE DAY OFF ON THE RIGHT FOOT

We are happy to be offering complimentary programming every day of the week from Monday to Friday at 9:30am. All of these programs are offered on a drop-in basis with no prior sign up required.

WIND DOWN YOUR DAY BY BRINGING UP YOUR HEART RATE

For those looking to get a great work out in after wrapping up their work day or just before winding down for the evening, we offer complimentary programs at 6:00 pm from Monday to Thursday with our Friday 5:00 pm programming starting after Thanksgiving.
