We have all our fitness programming running as we did last week with some changes to max capacities and locations for other classes to keep you all safe.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our personal training services continue to operate as they always have. With other areas of the Club currently closed, now may be the perfect time to work on getting your health to where you want it or to get to the next level.

Our Athletic Therapy Clinic is still open for business and is a great compliment to your overall health and wellness. Get back to your best with A.T. at the WWC.

NO MO SNOW!

With all the snow we have experienced this week you may be thinking "no more snow." It's just too soon! However, soon enough, you may be thinking MO MO MO as MO-Vember is set to start on Sunday!

Feel free to join WWC Fitness Director, Jeff Mitchell and many of the other staff and members this year in growing a MO-stache to raise awareness on issues related to men's health.

NOVEMBER FITNESS CHALLENGE SET TO BEGIN

Starting next week, we are beginning our November Fitness Challenge. November will have the 2000 meter timed rowing challenge. Watch for the chart to be posted by the rowing machines where you can write in your results throughout the month. Please be sure to wipe down the pen as you would any other piece of equipment in the gym before and after using. Thank you!

We are very happy to now have our full fall Fitness Programming up and running. With 6 more fitness classes starting last week alone, we now can offer a little something for everyone.

MO-VEMBER QUICKLY APPROACHING

Yes, yes, yes!  It is that time of year again to lather up, shave and then let that MO or MOustache grow to it's fullest to raise awareness for issues related to men's health. More details to be presented in the coming weeks.

NOVEMBER FITNESS CHALLENGE

We will be bringing in different challenges each month over the next few months as we gear up for our annual WWC February Fitness Challenge. CLASS SIZES, REGISTRATION, AND CANCELLATION REMINDERS

To help keep our members feeling safe and comfortable, complimentary class sizes will be subject to change without notice going forward. We also want to remind everyone that you can sign up for the fitness classes up to 7 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel your booking,  please do so at least 2 hours prior to class starting as a courtesy to other members who may be on the wait list.

HIGH PERFORMANCE YOUTH TRAINING STARTS THIS WEEK

Our new Youth High Performance Training and Development program start this Thursday, October 15th at 5:00 pm with only a couple of open spots remaining. The Thursday 5:00 pm session has 2 spots open, the Saturday 1:45 pm has 3 spots open and the Saturday 12:30 pm session is full. WWC SUNDAY CYCLING GROUP STARTS THIS SUNDAY

Returning on Sunday, October 18th, the WWC will be offering time in the Fitness Studio every Sunday morning at 9:00am for our avid cyclists and anyone looking to go for a long indoor ride! If you have a road bike and trainer you are welcome to bring them or you can use one of our Matrix ICG stationary bikes for this group ride. How is the workout is structured? We lead a set workout plan that varies week to week and is structured into sets of varied time and intensity. This structure accommodates all skill and fitness levels as you can adjust your intensity as you wish. The ride will start at 9:00 am and will go for approximately 1.5 hours, however, should you need to jump off at anytime that is fine too. Just like all our classes, you need to contact reception to register for this ride.

We are thrilled with the response from our members thus far as our NEW Youth High Performance Training and Development program is filling up fast.

NEW FOREVER 21 CLASSES ADDED

Our amazing Instructor Laura Boulton will now be teaching both Aquafit at 9:15am and our Forever 21 class in the Fitness Studio at 10:45am each Tuesday and Thursday starting next week.
