When is it safe to use ice or heat?
In the first 12 to 48 hours is when you should be using ice moderately. Heat can be applied after the third day. 5 to 10 minute increments for both hot and cold treatments will suffice.

When a therapist works through tight muscles there may be tender areas which can be uncomfortable during your session. However, you are in control of your session and the amount of pressure used. Communication is key between the client and the therapist to ensure the intensity of your session matches your comfort level.

Yes, we are trained in therapeutic or “deep tissue” massage. This type of treatment is applied to problem or injured areas.
