Fitness Centre Orientations

Be sure you know how to properly utilize a piece of fitness equipment and know what a certain machine can do for you.

Don’t get into bad habits or play the guessing game with your fitness routine, come down for a complimentary Fitness Centre orientation!

Summer 2014 Early Morning Fitness Programming

*Starting Wednesday, July 2nd and running until Wednesday, August 27th.

Mondays 6:30-7:30am ViPR Class
This 1 hour high energy workout is based around 1 piece of equipment:
the ViPR.  Lift, tilt, drag, and throw this exciting new training tool to drive metabolic cost in a whole-body workout that is innovative, dynamic and fun.
Instructor: Meagan Wilson
Cost: $105 (7 weeks)
Note: No class Monday, August 4, 2014.

Tuesdays  6:30-7:30am Meagan's Rise and Shine Ashtanga Yoga
Whether you are looking to improve your flexibility, body function, performance or to relief tension, yoga is a perfect way to compliment
your regular training. This class is designed for all levels and will leave you feeling rested, recovered and ready to perform!
Instructor: Meagan Wilson
Cost: $120 (8 weeks)

Wednesdays 6:15-7:15am Bootcamp Blitz
An early morning wake up call, this class is a circuit based approach,
that is high intensity to make sure all participants get the most out
of the class.
Instructor: Taylor Devlin
Cost: $90 (9 weeks)

Complimentary Fitness Programs for July 2014

Mondays 6:00-7:00pm TRX Boot camp
A speciality boot camp class with the main focus on stability and suspension training.  A good challenge for all levels of fitness.
Instructor: Aimee Dugal

Tuesdays  9:30-10:30am Studio Spin, Stamina and Stretch
A combination of studio based spin and cardio with a wide variety
of band and body weight training followed by a relaxing period
of stretching.
Instructor: Kelsey Dewis

Tuesdays  6:00-7:00pm Crossfit / Tabatta Blast
A very high intensity workout which will challenge even the most conditioned individual!  This class will get you sweating and working hard as the instructor pushes you to your limits.
Instructor: Courtney Koval

Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm Circuit Circus
A member favourite for years, we will be running this circuit training class to get you all familiar with a wide variety of equipment and exercises in our fitness center while putting you through a great workout!
Instructor: Carley Edginton

Thursdays  9:30-10:30am Summer Fitness Frenzy
A class that will have you using every inch of our fitness facility!  Designed to incorporate the Studio and the Gym throughout the workout.  Come ready to work hard and have fun.
Instructor: Alyssa Stefanson
