Show your hips some love! Whether you are a fitness newbie, weekend warrior or competitive athlete this mobility workshop will give you the tools to keep your joints happy, healthy and functioning well - all so you can do what you love everyday! In this workshop Meagan will share with you how to enhance your movement potential, using the most effective stretching physiology techniques based on the latest science (neurophysiology as it applies to movement). Move beyond pigeon pose and come experience what is possible for your body! (Open to all levels and movement backgrounds, no experience required)

FITNESS CHALLENGE HITS THE HALF WAY POINT!
Things are really heating up for this year's Fitness Challenge, with the leader board in many categories changing multiple times over this last week.
TWO MEMBERS TAKING ON EVEREST THUS FAR
This year one of our most historically daunting challenges the "Jacobs Ladder Mount Everest Challenge" has only been taken on by two members as they chip away at climbing all 29,000 feet by the end of the month.
ALL TITLES STILL UP FOR GRABS WITH RESULTS TIGHT IN MANY CATEGORIES
Once again it is looking like things will come down to the final weeks, days and maybe even hours to crown champions. Among other categories some of our closest at this time are the 2 minute VMX Rope Climb, 2 minute Jacobs Ladder sprint, the wall sit holds and chin-ups.
