Less than a week into the annual February Fitness Challenge and we have already seen over 25 members take on a wide variety of the challenges, we are looking to break 100 participants this year and may even see some all time records fall this year.

The beauty of our Fitness Challenge is that any member can take on whichever challenges they want at any time throughout the month. No matter how impressive the results may already be on the wall charts we encourage members to write their results to see their own improvements over the next few weeks.
